This is the foundation our chocolate bars are based on. Silky smooth single orgin fair trade chocolate from Nicaragua with smoked birch salt. Simple. Unforgettable. Inspired by nights in the Nantahala.

Muy caliente! Inspired by my extensive travels to the American Southwest. On top of the birchfire is a smokey blend of spicy chili peppers including chipolte pepper flakes, ancho chilli flakes, habanero, ghost pepper, paprika, onion, garlic and thyme. If you like a hot spicey smokey chocolate, you'll want to try this!

ProvenceDream is our signature BirchFire with added Lavender from Provence.
